1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 or 14 days of receiving the order

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed as a cash refund, which may be arranged through bank deposit or another agreed-upon method.

  • Refunds are only issued after the return is received and reviewed.

Please note that we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, and refunds will be made accordingly.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
